Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns.

Store Credit

If there is an issue with your order (damaged item, incorrect product, or defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may issue a store credit or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit is issued when appropriate and must be used within the timeframe specified.
